The purpose of this module is to provide additional details and resources for supporting a student’s transition if full-grade acceleration is the outcome of the decision-making process.

By the end of this module, you should:

  • Know the transition phases for full-grade acceleration:
    • Phase 1: Planning, communication, exposure
    • phase 2: Placement and evaluation of initial adjustment
    • Phase 3: Ongoing monitoring
  • Resources to help document the transition process
